Disconnected after 2 days of buying a 30 day pack
I've had problems with my bank card smarty won't accept it anymore so I went to a paypoint to buy a 30 day unlimited pack had it for 2 days and got my services suspended I don't have access to another bank card and I'm finding it impossible to get in touch with a real person emails are bots chats is all bots unless I get reconnected I'm switching to another provider what's the point of have a paypoint option if your just going to disconnect people anyway .....

Not sure what you mean by a 30 day unlimited pack. Do you mean an unlimited Smarty plan?
Why won't Smarty accept a bank card that they previously accepted?
If you are sure of your ground, then raise it as a Complaint.
