Didn't receive emergency alert
I thought this was fixed?
Partner has received 2 alerts in the last 13 hours (Vodafone) and I've received none (smarty).
All settings turned on.

ziggy81ziggy Swift bit of research shows me that this was not an uncommon problem with people on the Three network.
I recall that this was an issue when the system was first rolled out.
Smarty can't do anything about it - it is all down to Three who run the network.
