Data top up missing
I paid £10 by pay pal yesterday to tip up data on my sons phone
ots not showing in his phone
he can’t contact you as has no data
Help please

Best thing is to web chat with Smarty Support: http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact
Before doing so, just check his Account Dashboard to see if the money is showing there, then perhaps turn phone off then on again to refresh connection. Also, did you definitely purchase an add-on?
