Data Sim

Hi, I have a smarty data sim in a GlocalMe WiFi hub in my motor home in Spain. I was expecting it to work ok upto the 12GB use allowed, but the hub is telling me that the chip is not activated/unrecognised? Any advice would be appreciated.☺️

    It has worked here before and also in Thailand without a problem. I have spoken to customer services and they say all looks good their end?☺️

      Stephen_1126948 Have you. also tried turning off, removing the sim for a gentle clean and reinserting?
