Data Plan
I have just purchased a data plan for a 4g/5g mobile wifi router device but it is not picking the signal, has a green flashing signal bar but when you connect devices says not internet

Melanie_4173311 With a router, you will need to check the settings are correct. Usually you can access the settings page by typing into your browser address bar something like 192.168.1.1 . You then need the admin name and password. Next you can check that the APN is set to mob.asm.net
