Data not working in select EU countries
When traveling through Europe my mobile data works in certain countries (Spain, Austria etc…) but not in others (Switzerland, Macedonia).
I have made the relevant changes to get international roaming but it puzzles me why I get data in certain EU countries but not others…
it’s not related to my data allowance…
Can anyone help?
Travel101 There's a very straight forward answer to this - neither Switzerland nor North Macedonia are EU countries, so are not included in Smarty's EU roaming.
You would need to add additional credit to your Smarty account and pay by the megabyte to use data in those countries.
