DATA IN EU
Hi i am out of data in my normal UK sim on the dashboard however i am in portugal and have purchased out of plan data and it is not working
VioletBel_53903 If you have already used 12Gb data while roaming, you will not be able to use any more unless you have an EU Roaming data pass to go over the limit.
If you have not used that much, check that the 'credit' shows in your Account Dashboard and have a web chat with Smarty Support.
