Data add ons while roaming EU
Do data add ons work in EU if you run out of data ?

Riley_3191091 Yes, covered on p18 of the Price Guide.
You get up to 12Gb of EU Roaming Data, but if your original plan has less data, then you would need the add on to use more than you had in that original plan.
HOWEVER, currently, the minimum plan has been upgraded to 12Gb data for £6 per month and so you could ask to be put onto that plan when you renew (web chat with Support Team) and the problem hopefully goes away unless you suddenly need a lot of data....simples!!!

Please be aware that currently any roaming data will be taken from the main plan data or the promotional data provided, this is somthing we are looking into.
Rebekah_150 Yes, I don't think I was clear there. You use up your plan data (if less than 12Gb in your plan) or else go up to 12GB roaming and then need to pay via EU Roaming pass or add-on if not EU.
