Dashboard shows wrong number
I successfully ported over from BT a week ago. I get calls and texts to my old BT number on my new Smarty Sim. So far so good. But my dashboard still has the original Smarty number on it and says the transfer is still in progress from a week ago. That number is dead and disconnected as it should be. I've tried web chat and email to resolve this but just get a stock response - I've had the same response four times now - I'm getting nowhere. The only thing I can think of is to write a letter of complaint in the hope it goes to a different team in the UK who actually care. Does anyone have any other ideas? Surely it can not be right to have the wrong mobile number on your dashboard? I'd have thought this was a big no no. It also means I won't be able to move away from Smarty - imagine the confusion there!

Just to be clear, I've contacted customer services through live chat and also had an email discussion with them. They just say they have referred it to another team and when chased, just copy and paste the same reply - four times so far. So please don't say contact customer services! Been there, tried that, lots of times!
