Customer Service & Support
Just joined Smarty and all appears to be going okay but I am puzzled by the lack of contact-ability of the Support staff.
I presume there are some support people lurking in the background but I am concerned that they are so elusive.
Every other service provider has had a support phone number and a contact email , whether web based or via an email program.
Is this bothering other people ?

Customer service is done online online
Through the website or the app if using the app click on the you icon witch is the last icon on the right at the bottom of the screen then scroll down to content using their is chat or you need to go through if you contact between 8am/8pm Daley it will ask you for email and phone number information you should use the email address you used to setup your account the chat bot should then ask you what you need help with if it can't help it will ask if you want to speak to a person
