Cruise
I’m going on a cruise to the Caribbean from Miami and wondered if I will be able to use my smarty package whilst on board? Do I need to do anything to my phone? Buy an upgraded package?

KarenKe_2174074 In short, the answer is 'no'. On the ship, you do not have access to mobile networks unless in or near a port. The ship will offer wifi packages and you can use that to call via an app like WhatsApp - if it is a fast enough connection. Also, when in port you can follow the crew members who get off as they usually know where to get free wifi. Bars and cafes may also offer that.
