Hi , have just switched to smarty not sure what I'm doing wrong . Get no phone sevice and no data in or out the house . Family all have smarty with no probs . Not sure what I'm not doing . Any thoughts appreciated 😬🤷♀️

Thanks 3 others in same household all fine . Hubby sat next to me & he has good service but not mine 🫤

KateSmi_2710435 Have you checked if your husband's sim works in your phone? This would give an idea of whether your sim or your phone had a fault.
