I’ve purchase a £10 voucher to credit my phone but it’s not working

TariqSa_2695041 That is not the samosa buying a Smarty plan. You can use the credit for International calls, calls not included in smarty plans, roaming outside the U or you can use the balance to buy a Smarty plan.
Your best option is to ask an online SMARTY adviser about this TariqSa_2695041.
