Closing a sim

Good evening, does anybody know how to close down a SIM card as it’s not needed anymore, however the number is directly linked to the Group Admin with x3 other Group users whom still need to keep and use their SIM cards?

    Thanks for the reply, would you know how to unwind the group and does that then mean the other SIM cards end up on their own plan without the group discounts?

    My group set up is:

    SIM 1 - Group Owner - used in 4g router
    SIM2 - Group Member (Me) - used for data and calls in a mobile

    SIM3 - Group Member (Wife) - used for data and calls in a mobile

    SIM4 - Group Member (Daughter) - used for data and calls in a mobile

    DARRENR_1360911​ If this sim belongs to the Group Owner, then you need to unwind the Group by removing the other sims first of all.

    If you do not need the sim, turn off auto-renew in the Account Dashboard and then after 180 days of inactivity, you should receive a 40 day warning email, after which the sim will be deactivated. 

    The remaining sims - one can form a group and invite in the others.
