Choose Network Disconnected

Hey guys just changed to SMARTY today because this is the only network that have 5g in my area but the thing is it only works for a minute after the sim goes to no service activated the sim today in the setting the choose network option says disconnected I have tried everything from restarting to clean the sim card but nothing works any ideas?

    Rokan​ Firstly, I don't think you should choose a network based on it advertising 5G because that is never guaranteed at present.

    Did you complete Coverage and Network Status checks for your post code area? In your settings, did you choose the auto option?
