Changing Credit Card that is used for monthly payments
I need to change my credit card details that is used to pay for my account monthly . I have read the article by Mike that was updated over a yer ago. He says to go to Dashboard, then Payment settings, then UN-tick the "Auto Renew" box, then UN-tick the "Securely store your card details for future payments", This last option does not appear in my Payment settings. Can anyone help me with this issue please? Many thanks in advance.

BiscuitBoff The only answer is to web chat with Smarty Support Team so that they can check your account if it is not letting you make changes.

Hi
To change your debit card details with SMARTY, you can do the following:- Go to your dashboard and click Account settings
- Click Payment settings
- Untick auto-renew and securely store your card details for future payments
- Click Update payment settings to save your changes
- Go back into your Payment settings and enter new details

Many thanks unitysounduk for your response which is appreciated, but as i said in my original post, i can untick "Auto Renewal" but the option securely store your card details for future payments is not there, so i cannot untick it. If i just untick auto renewal and then go back to enter the new credit card details, the old card details come up.
I am at a loss as to how to change my card details. Any other avenue i can take woud be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear your still having this issue and that both options are not there

They should be able to get it sorted if you explain that the option to remove card isn't there
Did you try online or in the app ?
