How do I speak to someone about changing my plan

JackYat_1781223 You can stop auto renew on your account dashboard and choose the plan for the next month.
If it is a special offer that you are after that doesn't show as an option, you will need a web chat with the Smarty Support Team so that they can arrange it for you.
