Change name on Voicemail

I am looking to change my recording of my name on the voicemail, however I can’t work out how to do this. I thought it would be calling 123 for voicemail and then choosing 4 for Mailbox settings, but it doesn’t seem to give me the option to change the recorded name. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Many thanks!
