I'm trying to vote in eurovision which means dialling a shortcode. I've added some "out of plan" credit but still getting a looping "you've not been given access to this service" message. Can I not call shortcodes?!

Customers really should be notified in advance, and it made very clear on the website, as I couldn't find reference to this anywhere. It's a really poor customer experience.

The website just says "great news! we now support short codes" we've all been adding £5 to so we could vote and now we can't. Useless quite frankly

So fed up with this. Been with Smarty for years and topped 3 accounts up with £5 so we could vote. Just found out it doesn't work.

I’m super disappointed by this. I asked if it was possible to vote in Eurovision with their new short code add on in another thread and was told it was possible. Sick of this.

Agreed, very frustrating, and not clear. I added £10 of add ons and then not able to use it. I think at the least, they should have a page outlining all the things you can't do with their service that other services allow

Hi Christo_2934468 unfortunately we don't currently support voice shortcodes. We currentlyonly support free and chargeable SMS shortcodes.
