cant make a call
hi new customer to smarty i was with giff gaff and brought my number with me but the problem is i get calls to phone but everytime i make a call it keeps sorry cant make a call done all the stuff ie airplane mode turned phone on/ off but still nothing any would be great thanks 👌

frankie76​ When you log in to your Account Dashboard, does it show your correct number?
If it does and you have had a message to say that the port in has completed, I'm wondering if it could be a case of 'split port' where not everything has moved across.
Were you able to make calls using the randomly allocated number when you first activated your sim?

hi yes number is fine even when smarty gave me my allocated number it still wouldn't make calls i thought because my giff gaff number was getting transferd over but now it has been its still no working everything else is fine just cant make a call 😂
