Cannot register to replacement phone or use phone
New phone screen not showing "smarty". My settings show 3 UK 01 5g dials out but no connection to home phone. No nothing showing smarty. Any advice gratefully welcome

Have to tried a NETWORK RESET on your new phone mikeswif_335605?
The handset user guide usually explains how to do this.
