Can my eSIM be reissued without a confirmation code (ePIN)?
I'm trying to activate a SMARTY eSIM on a Linux embedded device.
The device successfully connects to SMARTY's eSIM server and begins downloading the profile, but the software supplied by the device manufacturer does not support eSIM profiles that require a separate 4-digit confirmation code (ePIN).
Could you please let me know if it is possible to:
reissue my eSIM without requiring a 4-digit confirmation code, or
remove the confirmation-code requirement from my existing eSIM, or
generate a replacement activation QR code/activation code that does not require an ePIN?
The activation code itself works correctly—the only issue is the requirement to enter the separate confirmation code during installation.
Thank you!

AR_4073290 I think this is one for Smarty directly via the web chat. We are customers like you and I think your query may be 'above our pay grade'
