Can’t use my add on data
I’ve got £20 in extra add on’s to enter daily competition
but I only get to use it once , after that my attempts fail
why is this??
please advise me if I’m doing something wrong

Hello ChrisHun_931778 If the £20 (or what's left of it) is in your Account Balance, then it will be used preferentially towards your subsequent Smarty Plans until it runs out when they will revert to taking the money from your normal method of payment.

If you are asking about competitions that are entered using a 'short code' e.g. 83958 then SMARTY does not support this (I think you just got lucky with that 1st try). They will tell you that they are working on it BUT I have been with them for 4yrs now and I have heard this from the beginning and still nothing has moved forward with it and as many more companies/organisations now use this method of communication SMARTY are going to lose a LOT of customers if they don't pull their finger out and sort it 😶 If you want this option for your mobile plan then you will have to look at another supplier and make sure that they DO support short codes.
