Can’t recieve calls

Ported over on Tuesday, can’t recieve calls or texts from other networks! Not getting any help from support, tried different phones on off and all that. Any solutions?

      P20 pro,tried the sim in a iPhone that runs on a smarty sim same results doesn’t receive calls or texts. Tried the sim from the iPhone in the p20 and it worked fine.

        JamesJa_2135896 I recommend a web chat with Smarty Support. They can check if you have a partial port.

        Before that, did you carry out a network reset in case the sim is still trying to work on its old allocated number?
