Can’t pay my bill on your web site
The payment option on your app won’t work . Been trying since Saturday but the payment method just keeps spinning around

A. this is the Community forum and we are not smarty staff.
B. Why not try by logging in on the website?
C. If nothing works, you'll need a web chat with Smarty Support for them to check your account.
