calls not working
Hi,
Iphone 11.
Smarty works well when phone plan has data available. As soon as run out of data, calls and text to and from phone also stop immediately. If I top up, it works again.
What is happening and how can I sort this as have no intention of getting teen unlimited data but do want to be able to call.
Thanks for any help offered.
christi_2388057 That does sound strange. I was not aware that calls and texts wouldn't work if you ran out of data. It is not mentioned in this article either: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/952499-what-happens-when-you-run-out-of-data.
If you run the group for this youngster, I suggest a web chat with Smarty Support to find out what is happening.
