Calls go straight to answer phone and no missed calls listed.

Hi Team,

For the past few weeks, incoming calls on my Motorola Android phone have been going straight to voicemail instead of ringing. I think this mostly occurs with unknown numbers (very annoying as that tends to be how the NHS try to contact me).

What's odder is these calls don't even show up as missed calls in my call history, so the only way I know someone tried to call is the voicemail notification which will usually arrive a few hours after the call was attempted.

What I've already tried:

- Restarted the phone

- Checked Do Not Disturb / Focus settings, DND is off, no active call-blocking or silencing rules.

Has anyone else on Smarty run into this with a Motorola? Wondering if it's something on the network side (like a call diversion setting on the SIM) rather than the phone itself. Any ideas on what else to check would be really appreciated.
