Call and text issues
Hi
I'm having issues with calls and texts. A lot of issues with making and receiving calls and texts.
Outgoing calls won't connect. Incoming calls either go to voicemail or say the number isn't recognised.
Texts fail to send and incoming texts are received hours or days later.

JEZZ I'VE "NEVER" KNOW ANYTHING SO ABNORMAL AS THIS, TALK ABOUT MAKE IT AS HARD AS POSSIBLE, IT COULDN'T BE ANY HARDER TO COMMUNICATE.. WHY OH WHY CANT I LIVE CHAT WITH SOMEONE OTHER THAN THIS LOAD OF CRAP..

If you cannot get anywhere with web chat to Smarty Support, raise a complaint that hopefully will reach further up the food chain.
