Go my number, but no data transferred. Still cannot make calls of send texts/ emails on my phone.

What data transferred? Does your Account Dashboard show an Active Sim and a current Smarty plan? If everything looks right but the phone doesn't work still, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support.
