Bad line when I make a call

Hi, can anybody help? I have a Samsung A14 and when I make calls whoever I call complain that they are unable to hear me due to a bad connection. I seem to signal but I am at a loss to what the issue is?

    Does this issue occur in one location, or is it happening wherever you're using your Samsung A14, RachaelS_240967? 

    If you use the SMARTY SIM in a different handset, does this problem occur?
