Avtex caravan router

Hi All. I have an Avtex router in my caravan, I purchased a smarty sim data only but this does not work in my router. It says in the routers admin that there is no card. The sim if fine, tried it in my phone and works ok. I have used the router before with an O2 sim so should be no issues there.

Any ides??
