adult content filter off
To activate the settings i did the card process six times & I thought it was my card or the website.
but no, it needs to be a credit card not debit card.
SMARTY have taken £6 in activation feels and not refunded it when it states it would be refunded afterwards.
When should it be refunded.

It’s been a week but still to refund for the taken money… 😣
VerityT_2782527 Then go through web chat with Smarty Support and if you don't get any success, raise a complaint.

These will most likely be pending transactions on your bank account which will disappear off it in the next few days.
