Add ons

Hello

On 31 May i received an email and message saying i was running out of data and that my SIM plan would not renew untill 10 June 2023. I therefore paid £9 for an add on. I received confirmation of payment and the money has been taken out of my bank account. Today, 2 June i have received another message saying I am out of data. Just what is going on?

    Elizabe_1766175  Have you looked at your usage history on your account dashboard? That may give some insight into what has happened.
