Add - ons section of web page not working

im experiencing problems doing Add- ons on the web page , im logged in and when i try to do a Add on its not loading up and just swirling round , ive tried Android and 2 different browsers on my Desktop , its definatly an issue at Smartys Server end . Tried Chat section and gave up basiclly , has any body any real time solution to this issue !!!!

    CS2447  I responded on your other post and have now asked the Community Manager to take a look. He does work for Smarty ands can put the issue to the correct people hopefully - he has already acknowledged seeing the post.
