Activating sim card early
Hi guys,
I have requested my old phone number transfer to be completed on the 29.11.2024 however I would like to get it done earlier as I have my card is it possible? I sent a request and it came back with "We will make sure your phone No is transferred by 29.11.2024". Could you advise please?

You would need to start a chat with Smarty support (we are just customers here) and see if it's possible to move the port date forward.
