Account paused for no reason.
Woke up this morning not being able to make calls or texts. I logged onto my smarty app using WiFi and it says account paused. All my payment details are up to date and I even re added them again to make sure. I pay with a credit card so there is no issue with there not being enough money in the account. What's going on?
Has this happened to anyone else?

I have woken up to the same text message. My payment is usually taken on the 30th, I have just checked my bank and it hasn't been taken yet but there is funds in there for the payment. I am still at home and using Wi-fi ,so haven't had to see if any of the services are working. Is it a glitch because there was no 30th in February? Hopefully it is fixed soon.

Same thing has happened to me too. Just after midnight when the plan was due to renew i got a text from SMARTY saying "Sorry we couldn't connect your data request, it doesn't look like you have enough data. To find out how to use more data, go to http....."
I haven't made any changed to my account / plan and all payment details are correct and sufficient funds etc. But noticed they never took payment a few days before like they usually do.

Yes, the exact same thing has happened to me too. I’m guessing it’s a problem at Smarty’s end and hopefully will be fixed soon
