A very smooth move
Just moved phone contract and number. from 3Mobile to Smarty. Fabulously simple thanks to down to earth guidance and promised timescales kept. Thanks from a member who hates tech!

I agree completely. A smooth transition from my old provider to SMARTY with excellent IT help for queries and promised timescale kept, as you mentioned, Richard-Mac. The website for checking usage, payments etc is clearly laid out and extremely easy to follow. Thank you, SMARTY.
