5G option not showing, even though I have 5G phone
Hi, I just joined Smarty. I have a 5G compatible phone, but the option to select 5G is not displayed on my phone. Have tried a EE SIM and that shows 5G availability. Tried lots of things with Smarty tech help. But still not working. Any ideas?

AbdulMu_4094086 Do you perhaps have an option called '5G auto' on the phone? The phone then connects to the best available signal. Perhaps there is currently no 5G coverage from Smarty just where you are - have you tried the Coverage Checker and also the Network Status checker?

I tried turning off auto. I also did coverage checker and I am in a 5G area
