4 days no pac code

Question

Ive been waiting for over 4day for a paccode and they keep saying there a technical issue. Ive tried many times but keep getting the same answer. Unfortunately we were unable to generate a switching code for you. Please contact us at https://smarty.co.uk/contact so that we can help you to get a switching code.

I keep getting fobbed off with the same answer we looking into it. Ofcom says 2 working days max.

Any ideas please

Strange, I guess there must be some issue specific to your account going on.It might be worth submitting a complaint at&nbsp;https://smarty.co.uk/complaints if you haven't already, although it looks like even that may take a few days to get a response. I think you should be entitled to compensation as Smarty have been unable to provide the PAC within the mandated timeframe.

You don't say how you are trying to request the PAC, but I've just tried texting 'pac' plus a space and my date of birth (DDMMYY format) to 65075, and it came back with a PAC in seconds.
