3 days new SIM card received still can’t use
Received sim paid the £20 was waiting for activation and now after 3 days says awaiting number to be assigned and still no joy

Melissa_4097617 Does your Account Dashboard not show any number either?
If you followed the activation process and nothing has happened, why not have a chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account for any issues?
