That's not a valid 0330 number - there should be 7 digits after the 0330 bit.

No...6 digits after 0330 is correct.

BrendaL_1959358 This sometimes happens with numbers that operate via internet telephony (this particularly applies to big companies). My theory is that the call goes from your mobile signal to landline signal and then to internet signal and that the system cannot cope.
From experience, leaving it a while and trying again usually works.
