🚀 eSIM at SMARTY Just Got Bigger — Now Available for New Customers!
We’ve got exciting news to share with our Community!
✔️ eSIM now available for new customers
SMARTY is rolling out a smoother, faster sign‑up experience where new customers can join directly with an eSIM. In September 2025 we launched to our existing customers, but now anyone can join SMARTY with an eSIM.
This means:
- No waiting for a SIM to arrive in the post ✉️
- No need for a physical SIM tray
- Instant connectivity on supported devices 📱
Joining SMARTY just got quicker, smarter, and more convenient.
📣 Help Us Spread the Word!
We know our Community is one of the best places to get the message out there.
If you’re excited about this upgrade (we definitely are!), help us tell others that SMARTY is now even easier to join with eSIM.
Whether it’s friends, family, or anyone you know who loves simplicity and great value — point them our way!
🎁 Got Someone in Mind? Use “Pick a Pal”!
If you know someone who’d love SMARTY, don’t forget you can refer them through our Pick a Pal programme.
When they join:
- They get a reward
- You get a reward
- Everyone wins 🙌
And now that new customers can join even quicker with eSIM, it’s the perfect time to share the love.
🧩 What Devices Support eSIM?
Most newer smartphones support eSIM, and checking is simple.
Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your device is good to go.

I am very concerned as despite referring a friend for a sim I have not received a reward and they have been with smarty and renewed for 3 months now. How long do rewards take to come through?!?!?!
