Mass-Delete multiple voicemails - can this be done?
Is there a fast way to mass-delete voice messages ( either "all from this number" or "entire mailbox")? I sometimes receive say 20-30 blank voicemails overnight (nothing suspicious, just a relative who rings accidentally) and it can be very time-consuming to delete them individually.
no option for 4G in settings so missing calls! Help please!
New to Smarty after 20+ years with O2. Finding I am missing calls when at home which I only know as I get a text to say there is a voicemail. Smarty is supposed to be best on 4G in my area (NE3 5BR) but when I go into mobile networks, VoLTE calls SIM 1 is ticked then Network Mode shows "5G/LTE/3G/2G(auto connect)" - no mention of 4G so how do I get it on 4G signal?
Voicemail issue
Hello, People who call me cannot leave me a voice message; they hear "Impossible to connect your call. Please try later". It's like my voicemail is off (the support tell me it is on). Still, I think I set up it right. Given that this has been going on for months, that chat support in India is telling me nonsense, what solution do you suggest? I'm confused and angry. Is there an email to make a complaint? Thanks.
