I've been charged £4.50 every week for this website funvids, I didn't even press anything, I just opened it, and somehow it got my phone number and has been charging me on my phone bill weekly, what can I do? Or can smarty block 3rd party payments? I've tried messaging 'STOP' to their shortcode 65065, but it said I have insufficient funds, so I bought a £5 bolt on that said it could message shortcodes, I converted it to credit, sent the message again, and it still didn't work, so I don't know what to do22Views0likes1CommentPossible Hack!
My phone (Iphone 12Max Pro) having worked perfectly for several days since I switched to Smarty I am currently unable to receive or send voice calls or SMS messages. This reminds me of my previous provider, who allowed a hacker to add an Esim to my phone, thus disabling the physical Sim card, Without access to SMS texts, I am unable to provide two-step verification for internet banking or on-line shopping.I looked at Settings on the Iphone, but nothing looked wrong. Any ideas what the problem might be, or how to resolve it?14Views0likes0Comments[We Value Your Feedback] Share Your Experience with Our Login and Authentication Process

My network does not have good speed, the router I use, stays stable but when I connects with any device it disconnect from the service shows that there is no service. Like some other authority interrupting between my end and the service provider. The device which I use also says no Internet. When I checked Internet in my area by smarty website it shows good internet coverage in the area. How I can make complain so it should be checked. If something wrong with the service or other issues. I tried to find out how to make complain but I did not find any contact of Smarty lphone or chat instead I found FAQ or chatbot. How I can solve this issue.30Views0likes0CommentsSuggestions to Smarty
I want to suggest the app has the ability to have biometric login for the smarty Mobile app alot of the other mobile providers have that feature built built in. It certainly would make my life alot easier considering the smarty app keeps logging itself out all the time by itself or if you don't regularly open the app which is very annoying as you have to remember your password all the time just to view it which I know is for security reasons but still it is a feature I would like to see smarty Mobile put into the app which is biometric login49Views0likes1CommentProtecting against SIM swap fraud
There are numerous instances these days of SIM Swap fraud. In addition to setting a PIN code to unlock the SIM card, what else can we do to prevent scammers from persuading SMARTY that a SIM has been lost or damaged and handing over a new SIM to them?2.6KViews0likes8CommentsiCloud Private Relay
I have been with Smarty for a couple of years. Today for the first time I have started getting messages pop up on my iPhone telling me "Your mobile plan doesn't support iCloud Private Relay: To access the internet with this provider, you need to turn off Private Relay. Turning off Private Relay means this provider can monitor your internet activity and your IP address will not be hidden". I don't know too much about whether this important or not, but I am confused about why this has just started today. Has anyone else had this issue, and is there anything I can do to continue to use my phone internet with private relay?533Views0likes0CommentsURGENT: SMARTY is failing now, time to move to ID
Compare Smarty to ID on here: https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/ Smarty is honestly terrible. ID offers so much more on the same network for the same price. They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.897Views0likes2Comments
