My number transferred but people still receiving msg with original SIM number
I have my new phone and SIM for a month so long enough for the number to transfer. I received confirmation my number had transferred and thought everything was sorted. Yesterday I friend text me to my old number which I received but when I sent a reply it was from a different number (I **bleep** the original SIM number). How is this possible and can it be fixed to I'm sending and receiving messages with the number I want?
Do you need to cancel a PAC code if you don't end up moving away
Currently in a group plan and considered moving to ee to get some extra bundles. Requested pac code and gave it to ee. Got the new sim then decided NOT to move before I activated it. Do I need to cancel any process with smarty or will my account remain the same. Don't want to suddenly lose my number.
