Re: Old Number not transfered over Did you get this resolved? I have fgs same problem and wish I had never moved to Smarty Pac still not transferred and now EE has cut me off. I think they have lost my number which is a dis I regret moving to Smarty - their customer service is unresponsive and no telephone number to call just an chat which doesn’t help
