Hi, Same for me with Disney+ app on my TV and partners phone. My partner disconnected from our Wifi (Smarty data sim in 5g router) back onto her o2 network and the app worked fine, as soon as she reconnected to our Wifi the block came back immediately. Hi, did you find a fix for this? I have exactly the same problem with Disney+ app on Samsung TV. Keep getting error code 73 which thinks I am outside of Disney+ allowed regions. I have a data only Sim in a ZTE 5g router in Hertfordshire, speed is amazing, but Disney+ thinks I am outside of the UK. All other apps, iPlayer, ITV, netflix, Prime there is no problem.
