Complete Setup Statement??
My wife gets a message on the smarty app when she goes on it stating poops you haven't completed your account set up even though she has/did yesterday.I was with her when we did it together,it let us put all details in pac code her old mobile no/took all details and bank details etc.Now when we go on the app it's stating she needs to complete set up and it's also stating about her pac code--this port is being used to port into another service provider therefore cannot be used??? Any help greatly appreciated been on the website regarding this now for over 30 mins waiting for someone to help us from smarty/try and resolve this.4.2KViews0likes6Comments
