Voicemail Spool incorrectly showing 2 voicemails

Having recently joined Smarty my voicemail showing 2 voicemails. Despite several contacts via the Help link and following their guidance this is still fixed after a month. They seem technically incapable of resolving— can anyone help please.

Have tried using support and they are clueless.problem is voicemail spool which wrongly shows have VM
