I have also experienced this issue, and recently started a new thread about it as I hadn't seen this one. Has anyone had any updates from Smarty on this? I have found it extremely frustrating that I haven't been able to find any contact details to actually raise this problem with Smarty. Hi - I am having issues with my voicemail. I keep recording messages and then finding that it has reverted to the default message, deleting my message in the process.
